Holy heck!! Where did the last several weeks go!?! I have been so crazy busy, and finally feeling myself again, but somehow I’ve flaked out on my blogging!
Well I’m excited to report whatever funk I was in seems to have passed. I can’t really even put a finger on what changed or why I feel so much better, but something switched. Do you ever have that happen? I could probably pick a bunch of different things, maybe it’s all of them added up together? Or maybe it’s just a psychological thing, I really don’t know. But I’m certainly glad to be feeling better.
I know a lot of my posts have been about healthy living, mom life, and a little bit 21 day fix. I’m still trying to find my balance. As most of you probably know time is just the biggest challenge in, well everything! How do I fit in exercise – and maybe better I need to just make it all a lifestyle so then it’s not fitting it in, it’s just a part of the routine. I still feel that getting up in the morning will be the best way to get this done, but man I like my bed… and I like sleep… and I don’t like getting up early! Oh the struggle is real!
Well I guess I’m just rambling on so I’ll get back to the day. How do you find balance? How do you fit it all in? I’d love to hear!
